We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join erpOI, a leading ERP partner in the Nordics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and experience in enhancing user engagement and software adoption.

Location: Maharashtra, India (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Build, test, and maintain web applications tailored to specific business needs.
User Experience Enhancement: Analyze feedback and behavior to improve solutions and drive user engagement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the functionality, performance, and security of applications through testing.
Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and provide user training on best practices.
Integration: Work on integrating web solutions with ERP systems and other software tools.

Required Skills:

Programming Languages: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages (Python, Java, PHP).
Frameworks & Tools: Familiar with modern web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), Git, and Agile methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with data analytics tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in web development.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development are a plus.
UX/UI Design: Understanding of user experience and interface design principles.

Tools & Technologies:

Development Tools: Visual Studio Code, Postman, Docker.
Database Management: SQL databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, Entity Framework).
Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI for tracking engagement and metrics.
